If you need to cancel your order, please reach out via email at least 7 days before your scheduled pick-up to receive a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of pick-up are non-refundable.

If you miss your pick-up date, don’t worry! I will keep your order for 3 business days after the scheduled pick-up date and will give you a call to let you know it’s still here. If you call to reschedule the pick-up, I may be able to hold your order longer. However, if I’m unable to contact you, I will dispose of your order after 3 days.

All of my baked goods are available with three business days’ notice. I generally ask that custom orders be placed 2 weeks in advance, but depending on availability, I will do my best to accommodate your order!

For custom orders, please email me a picture of the design you’re looking for or fill out a quote form! Be sure to include the date and time you need to pick up your order, along with the approximate guest count. I will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a quote. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to give me a call!

Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons are best stored in your refrigerator in their boxes and should be eaten within three days. Bring the cakes and cupcakes to room temperature for thirty minutes before eating. Heat-sealed sugar cookies will last about one week at room temperature.

Please never leave bakes out in the summer heat or direct sunlight, as they will melt.

A reminder email will be sent a few days before your pick-up, with all the details you need — your appointment time and directions to my home in Minot.

Cakes are packaged in sturdy, high-quality boxes to keep them safe during travel. Please place your cake on a flat surface in your vehicle and drive with extra care. To preserve quality, keep bakes cool while in transit. Once your order has been picked up, I’m no longer responsible for any damage that may occur.

Delivery within Minot is available upon request, starting at $20. Please note that this does not include setup.
