I’m Mariia, owner and baker of MK Cakes, a local cottage bakery. My journey began in 2023 after a last-minute cancellation left me without a birthday cake for my daughter. I made it myself — and found a new passion.

With a background in art and years as a nail technician, I’ve always loved creating beauty. When I had to leave that career due to allergies, baking became my new outlet. Now, through MK Cakes, I create edible art that brings joy to others—and to me.
