If you need to cancel your order, please reach out via email at least 7 days before your scheduled pick-up to receive a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of pick-up are non-refundable.

I typically send a reminder by text message one day before your scheduled pickup date, including your pickup date and time. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number when placing your order.
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact me as soon as possible by text message. We may be able to arrange an alternative pickup time, depending on my availability.

I recommend placing your order as early as possible. Orders can be placed up to 6 months in advance, and a minimum of one week’s notice is generally required. Availability is not guaranteed, so please submit a quote request as soon as you have your date and design details to confirm availability.

For custom orders, please fill out a quote form, email me a picture of the design you’re looking for. I will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a quote.
Please note that all orders are confirmed only after the invoice is paid. Invoices are usually due within 2 days. After this time frame, I can no longer guarantee availability, as my schedule may fill up quicky.

You can browse my cake gallery or look for inspiration on Pinterest and send me a few ideas you like. I’m always happy to help you choose a design and can also suggest ideas based on your preferred colors, theme, and style.
I will always do my best to create a cake that closely matches your inspiration. However, please keep in mind that custom cakes are handmade, so the final design may not be identical to the reference photo. I may also incorporate my own creative touches to make the design unique to your order.

Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons are best stored in your refrigerator in their boxes and should be eaten within three days. Bring the cakes and cupcakes to room temperature for 30-50 minutes before eating. Heat-sealed sugar cookies will last about one week at room temperature.

Please never leave bakes out in the summer heat or direct sunlight, as they will melt.

A reminder email will be one day before your pick-up, with all the details you need — your appointment time and directions to my home in Minot.

Cakes are packaged in sturdy, high-quality boxes to keep them safe during travel. Please place your cake on a flat surface in your vehicle and drive with extra care. To preserve quality, keep bakes cool while in transit. Once your order has been picked up, I’m no longer responsible for any damage that may occur.

Delivery within Minot is available upon request, starting at $30. Please note that this does not include setup.
